These 12 Brain Breaks come in two versions (print and digital for Google Classroom) and will help your students get the wiggles out for better learning! Each brain break task card includes active movement with games, exercises, and creative movement to help your kids regain focus after periods of sitting. Brain breaks are not only fun but beneficial for learning. Studies have shown that brain breaks activate the mind, reduce behavior problems, and help to relieve stress.
